My orange bag doesn’t have a bag-code tag attached
Bags without a QR code label cannot be processed at the pods. We take steps to prevent these bags getting out to customers however some may still be in circulation (such as bags where tags have fallen off after multiple uses).
Please swap the bag for one with a label, and if you are able to return the faulty bag to one of our depots (or drop the empty bag inside one of our pods) we can attach a new label so it can be used again.

The drawstring of my bag is missing
If there is no drawstring attached to your bag, this unfortunately means your bag previously had to be cut open and now needs to be repaired. If you can seal the bag using a rubber band or some string from home, the bag can still be used for a drop off, otherwise we ask that you return the faulty bag to where you collected it, and swap it for a new one.
