Are cash refunds available at the depots?

Envirobank chooses to offer cash as a payment method at our depots to ensure everyone can access and benefit from the Container Refund Schemes. For safety and security purposes the cash available each day is in limited quantities, so to avoid missing out we suggest getting to the depot early.

QLD: There is a maximum of $50 cash per person. The depots only have a certain amount of cash available each day, so on busy days when the cash runs out, any other deposits made that day can be paid to either your Crunch account or directly to your Containers for Change Scheme ID.

NSW: There is a maximum of $150 cash per person. The depots only have a certain amount of cash available each day, so on busy days when the cash runs out, any other deposits made that day can be paid either to your Crunch account or directly to your PayPal account.
