Did you register your bag correctly?
Check our article on How to Drop’n’Go to see if you followed all the steps when registering your bag with us.
Did you receive a confirmation email from us?
If you did not receive a confirmation email you may not have registered your bags correctly. Please contact us and provide us with information about your drop-off and any extra details about the items you deposited. Your bag may be delayed in the processing depot for a number of reasons.
