Your bag may be delayed in the processing depot for a number of reasons.
Did you take the lids off your containers?
We ask that all lids are removed before depositing your containers. Lids cause significant delays for our processing teams and can interfere with our automated machinery.
Was every container eligible?
You may have accidentally put an ineligible container in your bag. This causes delays in processing your bag.

Did you put exactly 50 containers in your bag?
If your bag contains more or less than 50 containers it will often be delayed in processing as it needs to be processed separately from our 50-container Express Service.

Did you register your bag correctly?
Check our article on How to Drop’n’Go to see if you followed all the steps when registering your bag with us.
Did you receive a confirmation email from us?
If you did not receive confirmation email you may not have registered your bags correctly.
Please contact us and provide us with information about your drop off and any extra details about the items you deposited.
