Drop'n'Go is a convenient way to recycle your containers for a refund. However, it's important to note that when using bag-drop services, like Drop'n'Go, it can take a little longer to receive your refund, compared to our depot services, where your containers are counted and refunded on the spot.
In line with other Scheme bag-drop services, containers returned via Drop'n'Go aren’t counted and entered into the system until the bags have been picked up and taken to an Envirobank depot for processing. Bags are collected anywhere between daily and weekly, depending on how busy the site is. As a result, Drop'n'Go refunds can take up to seven working days to be transferred to your Crunch account.
Please make sure all your containers are eligible and that your bags are securely closed, otherwise this could impact the amount you are refunded vs. what you were expecting.
