We have two ways to transfer your Crunch credits to your Velocity frequent flyer account.
One is a manual transfer where you choose when and how many points. The other option is that your Crunch credits will automatically transfer on the 1st day of each month.
Your Crunch points are loaded onto your Crunch account (log in here- https://www.envirobank.com.au/register)
Auto-Transfer
Go to your account and click the Velocity tab.
Here is where you can link your Velocity number to your Crunch account and opt in to auto-transfer.
Complete the form and click SAVE.
Manual Transfer
If you want to do a one-off transfer of Crunch credits, you can simply log in to your Crunch account and go to the REWARDS page.
From here, you can select either Gift cards, Causes or Transfers- Select Transfers to find the Velocity option
Once you have chosen to transfer to Velocity, a pop-up window will appear. Follow the prompts and enter your details, and your credits will transfer.
