How can I get paid to my Containers for Change account? QLD only

Our Queensland patrons have the option to receive their refund via their Containers for Change account.

This can be done when recycling in person at one of our depots by providing your Member Number to the cashier, by scanning your Member Number at our RVM's or when registering your next Drop'n'Go bags via Crunch. 

When registering your Drop'n'Go bags select the Scheme ID refund option and enter your Containers for Change Member Number (previously Scheme ID). This will save as the default for any future bags you register.

Please take care to enter your Member Number/Scheme ID accurately, as we are unable to refund incorrect payments.

Please note that existing Crunch Credits cannot be transferred to Containers for Change and must be redeemed for a gift card, donation, Paypal payment or transferred to a Virgin Velocity account. This can be done via your Crunch account.
