Do I need to be a Crunch member to use Drop’n’Go?

Yes! You need to be a registered Crunch member to use Envirobank's Drop'n'Go service. If you are not a Crunch member you will not be able to complete a secure drop-off or receive your refund.

To use Drop’n’Go you are required to use a bag label on each bag of containers when registering in your Crunch account. This is so Envirobank knows where to allocate the refund payment once your containers have been processed.

After your refunds have been added to your Crunch account, you can then choose to either cash out your credits to your bank account using one of our payment partners, redeem them for gift cards and rewards, or donate them to charity.
