I would like to close my Crunch account

We're sorry to hear that you'd like to part ways, but we're here to assist you with the process.

To proceed with closing your account, please send an email to our customer service team at customerservice@envirobank.com.au. Kindly include your Crunch account details and specify your intention to close the account.

Please note that your account cannot be closed if you have any pending bags or credits in your account, we recommend taking one of the following actions before closing your account:

1. Cash out your credits: If you have any remaining credits, we suggest cashing them out before closing your account. You can do this by logging into your Crunch account and choosing to either redeem the credits for a gift card or a refund via Paypal. 

2. Donate your credits: Alternatively, if you would like to donate your remaining credits to one of our partner charities, please let our customer service agent know in your email. We will ensure that your credits are directed towards a worthy cause and make a positive impact.

Our customer service team will guide you through the account closure process and address any further questions or concerns you may have.
