The good news is that you do not need to label your bags or boxes when you schedule a pickup with Envirobank. Our driver will take care of labelling the bags upon pickup.

Additional tips for pickups: While labelling your bags is not required, we do recommend following a few guidelines to ensure a smooth pickup experience:

1. Secure Packaging: Place your containers in durable bags or boxes that can be securely tied or closed, such as garden tidy bags or sturdy boxes.

2. Easy Access: Make sure your collection is easily accessible on the scheduled collection day. Consider leaving a note for our driver with any specific instructions or details to aid in the pickup process.

3. Preparing Containers: Ensure that your containers are empty, clean, and eligible for recycling. Please note that our machines cannot process crushed containers, so it's best to avoid crushing them.
