Affordable Convenience: For pickups, we charge a collection fee based on the number of containers you recycle. The rate is $0.03 per container. For example, if you recycle 500 containers, the collection fee would be $15 (500 containers x $0.03 per container).
Deducted from Your Refund: When it comes to payment, it's important to know that the collection fee is deducted from your refund before it's credited to your Crunch account. So, when our team processes your eligible containers and calculates the refunds, the collection fee is subtracted, and the remaining amount is credited to your Crunch account.
We Take Pride in Full Refunds: We take pride in our commitment to paying you the full 10-cent refund for every eligible container. On a collection of 500 eligible containers, for example, you will receive $35 (5250 credits) back after the $15 fee is deducted.
